Work is well underway at the former H&W HQ Building for the new Titanic Hotel. This will be the second hotel in the Titanic Quarter.
Hoarding up this week around the former War Memorial Building in Waring Street. Planning permission has previously been granted [LA04/2015/1451/F] for this building to be transformed in to a 63 bedroom hotel with associated Conference, Leisure and Ancillary Facilities. This new hotel is believed to be called The Waring
