Hoarding up this week around the former War Memorial Building in Waring Street.
Planning permission has previously been granted [LA04/2015/1451/F] for this building to be transformed in to a 63 bedroom hotel with associated Conference, Leisure and Ancillary Facilities.
This new hotel is believed to be called The Waring
